Shipping policy
Unless otherwise stated by JDM, all goods offered are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 14 business days after receipt of full payment. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the delivery deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the delivery period ends on the next business day.
By purchasing, the buyer also agrees to the disclosure of their address and email address to third parties, such as shipping service providers. This consent is required to ensure proper shipment of the goods.
The delivery time for art prints is generally 7-14 days.
Hand-painted multiples have a production time of up to 6 weeks.
For custom-made works, the production time is agreed upon individually.
